The Opportunity As People and Culture Manager, you''ll be responsible for embedding robust HR practices, policies and procedures, building strong foundations that will support continued growth. You''ll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, including the CEO, Head of Operations and Head of Finance, acting as a trusted partner and advisor across the business.
