Sheer Jobs Limited is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a public sector organisation in North East London.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional HR advice to managers on employee relations matters.

• Manage disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability and performance cases.

• Support investigations, hearings, restructures and organisational change.

• Advise on employment legislation, HR policies and procedures.

• Liaise with trade unions and support effective employee relations.

Essential Requirements

• Previous UK public sector HR advisory experience is mandatory.

• Strong employee relations and case management experience.

• Good knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance.

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Desirable: Previous local authority or London borough experience.
