You will work closely with managers across the business, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering practical HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a range of employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues.Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding.Assist with recruitment activities, including coordinating and managing vacancies.Ensure HR processes and policies are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.Produce HR reports and identify trends and areas for improvement.Support the HRBP with day-to-day operational HR activities.About YouExperienced HR Advisor with a strong generalist background.Confident managing ER cases independently.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.Experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.CIPD Level 5 qualified ..... full job details .....
