HR Advisor Slough Immediate StartLocation: Slough Contract: Full-Time Temporary Assignment Reporting to: HR Business Partner Start Date: ImmediateOur client, a leading infrastructure and utilities organisation based in Slough, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the business on a short-term assignment.This is a busy, hands-on role suited to a seasoned HR professional who can quickly build relationships, provide sound HR advice, and confidently manage a varied workload across employee relations, recruitment, and employee life-cycle activities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.Support recruitment activity, on-boarding, and employee life-cycle processes.Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.Support managers with organisational change, performance management, and people-related matters.Produce HR reports and identify trends where required.About YouExperienced HR Advisor with a strong generalist HR background.Confident managing ER cases independently.Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.Experience supporting recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred.Able to work at pace, manage priorities, and build strong stakeholder ..... full job details .....
