Key Responsibilities Provide professional HR advice to managers on employee relations matters. Manage disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability and performance cases. Support investigations, hearings, restructures and organisational change. Advise on employment legislation, HR policies and procedures. Liaise with trade unions and support effective employee relations. Essential Requirements Previous UK public sector HR advisory experience is mandatory. Strong employee relations and case management experience. Good knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Desirable: Previous local authority or London borough experience.
