You will support students with a range of medical conditions, helping them access learning safely, confidently, and consistently, while working closely with teaching staff and the school''s wider support team.The RoleYou will support students with medical conditions to access learning across the school day in a calm, safe way.You will follow individual healthcare plans and care routines, and you will stick to agreed procedures at all times.You will support medication routines in line with school policy and training, and you will record what is required accurately.You will monitor wellbeing and recognise when a student is not coping, then escalate concerns to the correct staff member quickly.You will adapt tasks and pacing so students can participate without being overwhelmed or put at risk.You will provide 1:1 and small group support in lessons, helping students stay engaged and complete work.You will su
