You will support pupils with Autism and ADHD through structured routines, clear expectations and targeted intervention, helping them stay regulated, access learning, and make steady progress across the curriculum. Evidence strongly supports structured, classroom-linked interventions and well-deployed support staff when it is consistent and purposeful. The RoleYou will provide 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with Autism and ADHD throughout the school day.You will deliver small group interventions in reading, writing and maths, linked to class teaching.You will support whole-class learning by checking understanding and keeping pupils on task.You will use visual prompts, chunking and clear routines to reduce overload and build independence.You will support emotional regulation using agreed strategies and calm, consistent boundaries.You will record progress and key observations, and you will share clear feedback with the class teacher and SENCO.Y
