You will work across EYFS and KS1, helping children with additional needs access learning, communicate confidently and feel safe and settled in school.The RoleYou will support children with SEN across EYFS and KS1 through 1:1, small group and in-class support.You will help children access learning through structured routines, clear transitions and predictable expectations.You will support early communication and language by modelling simple phrases, prompting turn-taking and checking understanding.You will reinforce early literacy through daily phonics practice, sound recognition and early reading behaviours.You will support early number development through practical, hands-on activities and short intervention sessions.You will use visual supports, first then boards, and simple checklists to reduce anxiety and support independence.You will support e
