You will help pupils access learning, build routines, and develop regulation and communication skills, while working closely with teachers and wider support staff to deliver consistent, structured support.The RoleYou will provide 1:1 and small group academic support across core subjects, matched to pupil needs.You will help pupils regulate, stay engaged, and access learning through calm, consistent routines.You will deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy to close gaps and build confidence.You will support behaviour for learning using agreed strategies, clear boundaries, and de-escalation.You will adapt tasks so pupils can succeed without lowering expectations.You will track progress and share clear feedback with teachers and the wider support team.You will follow safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times and report concerns immediately.The CandidateYou will have a 2:2 degree or above in Psychology (or a closely related subject).You will have
