You will support pupils with Autism through predictable routines, clear communication, and targeted academic interventions that help them access learning with confidence.The RoleYou will provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism, helping them access lessons and stay engaged.You will run small group interventions in reading, writing and maths, linked directly to what the class is learning.You will use consistent routines, visual prompts and clear step-by-step instructions to reduce anxiety and support independence.You will support communication by simplifying language, checking understanding, and modelling expected responses.You will help pupils regulate and manage transitions by using calm, predictable strategies agreed with the teacher and SENCO.You will adapt tasks and resources so pupils can succeed without lowering expectations.You will record progress and key observations and share short, practical feed
