As Senior Business Analyst, you will operate as an experienced internal consultant at the intersection of business need, technical design and technology strategy. Working primarily on the replacement of the Museum''s Environmental Monitoring System (EMS), you will help keep systems, processes and data aligned with changing organisational needs while avoiding unnecessary technical debt. You will steer complex discovery and analysis, bringing clarity to large problem spaces and translating organisational challenges into well-considered interventions. These may include redesigning business processes, reconfiguring existing platforms, defining integrations and targeted customisations, or introducing new technologies where they add clear value. You will also bring knowledge of business analysis tools, techniques and best practice, strengthening team standards, improving consistency and supporting less experienced analysts.
