12 month contractRemote or Hybrid from LondonWe are working with a global leading gaming brand who are looking for an experienced D2C / eCommerce Operations professional to drive operational excellence, standardisation and continuous improvement across a global direct-to-consumer network.This role would suit someone from a large consumer, retail, technology, electronics or eCommerce business with experience managing complex, multi-market operations.Key responsibilities:Drive global D2C process standardisation and continuous improvementIdentify and resolve operational, fulfilment and supply chain issuesManage and improve 3PL, warehousing and logistics partner performanceSupport system integrations, enhancements, UAT and partner onboardingAnalyse KPIs and operational data to identify improvement opportunitiesSupport new market launches, SKU growth and operational expansionWork closely with Commercial, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Operations teamsDevelop business cases, improvement plans and executive-level reportingAbout you:Strong experience in D2C, eCommerce, supply chain, logistics or operational excellenceDemonstrable experience with 3rd Party Logistics, fulfilment and logisticsProven track record delivering process improvement and standardisationExperience with systems integration, UAT and operational implementationStrong analytical and stakeholder management skillsComfortable operating across a complex, global organisationIf you have experience improving large-scale D2C ..... full job details .....
