Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Manage and prioritise the Jira backlog to support agile delivery. Map data between systems and support integration projects. Work closely with developers on APIs, system enhancements and new solutions. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage relationships across the business. Support testing, solution validation and continuous process improvement.
