You''ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, responding via in-person meetings, MS Teams, phone, and email. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will help you build strong working relationships across the organisation. You will have proven experience working in a busy HR environment with solid understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices. Importantly, you will also be experienced advising on employee relations issues. Managing an active caseload effectively, you''ll be organised and have great problem-solving skills.
