HR Advisor
Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for a well-established, growing, privately owned business based in Leatherhead and they are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their office. A full-time, office-based role, working 37hrs a week This is a hands-on generalist role, supporting senior management and line managers across the full employee lifecycle, with the support of an external HR and employment law advisory partner. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and inductionAct as a trusted point of contact for employee relations mattersAdvise managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issuesSupport appraisals, KPIs, and development planningEnsure HR policies, GDPR, and employment law complianceMaintain HR systems and produce management reportsSupport wellbeing, engagement, and retention initiatives About You CIPD qualified or equivalent experience3-5 years'' experience in an HR Advisory/Generalist roleStrong knowledge of UK employment lawConfident communicator with a practical, proactive approachOrganised, discreet, and comfortable working in a small business environment This is a great opportunity for an HR professional looking for a stable, office-based role with visibility, responsibility, and scope to make an impact.
