IT Support
This role provides hands-on end user support within a London office while assisting remote users across international locations. You will manage helpdesk activity, deliver AV and meeting room support, deploy hardware and mobile devices, and ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced, professional environment. Description Provide 1st/2nd and AV/IT support to resolve technical issues efficiently.Provide end user support for onsite and remote staffOperate and manage the helpdesk ticketing system through to resolutionDeliver IT and AV support for high-profile meetings and clientsDeploy and administer hardware, software, and mobile devices (iPhone/iPad)Manage mobile inventory and billing recordsSupport joiners and leavers processesSet up monitors, workstations, cabling, patching and telephonyConduct weekly maintenance of meeting rooms, equipment rooms and IT storageContribute to ad hoc IT projects and BAU supportOccasional international travel when required Profile A successful IT Support professional should have: Minimum 5 years'' experience in an IT support environmentStrong Microsoft Office skills (Word formatting, Excel formulas, data visualisation)Understanding of data protection and information security principlesExperience with Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNowStrong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Apple iOS, and PC deployment processesBasic netwo
