IT Support EngineerSt Albans£35,000 - £45,000Our client who is a growing MSP require an experienced IT Support Engineer. No two days will be the same, as you will work across varied technical infrastructures. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and play a pivotal part of a customer focused support team. Our client will offer you a supportive working environment. You will be responsible for resolving 1st - 3rd line tickets end to end. Responsibilities:Troubleshooting, installing, maintaining and supporting a wide range of IT systemsResolving 1st - 3rd line ticketsVisit client sites and working remotely via phone, email and remote accessWorking on projects, improvements and migrationsSupport windows server, RDS, AD, Hyper-V and Azure environmentsFully document tickets and update casesManage devices via RMM and IntuneSkills:Proven experience of working in a similar role for an MSPOutstanding customer service skillsStrong problem-solving skillsDriving license and own car (required for client visits)Good knowledge of networking fundamentalsStrong Microsoft 365 admin experienceWindows Server, AD, Intune, SecurityHyper V and RDS knowledgeExcellent communication skillsIdeally have azure depth, ConnectWise and Powershell experienceIf you are an experienced IT Support Engineer and looking for a new challenge, in a role which will offer you variety, real responsibility, direct access to decision-makers, and you have a true passion for technology, we''d love to hear from
