The Opportunity:
You will undertake a diverse range of commercial property transactions, advising clients on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations and renewals, property finance and secured lending. The role will also involve development and investment work, with exposure to agricultural property matters considered an advantage.

About You:
You will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property and the confidence to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision. You will bring strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, together with the ability to build lasting client relationships and contribute to business development.
