The team acts for an impressive client base including developers, investors, banks, commercial occupiers, local authorities and telecoms operators, advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value matters, develop your technical expertise and build long-term client relationships within a supportive and ambitious team. The Role You will work alongside experienced colleagues on a varied caseload, including: Commercial property acquisitions and disposals Commercial leases and property agreements Mixed-use development and site development matters Property due diligence Acting for developers, investors, landlords and occupiers Public and private sector property transactions You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own matters while also supporting senior fee earners on larger transactions.
