You''ll work with a broad client base, from high-net-worth individuals to corporate entities, with the opportunity to develop relationships with premium estate agents and property professionals. The role will involve: Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including complex and high-value freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and remortgages. Advising high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients on residential real estate matters. Handling mainstream residential conveyancing work to support the wider team. Developing relationships with local estate agents, property finders and other professional contacts. Supporting and mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance where required.
