Senior Business Analyst - Core Banking Transformation Inside IR35 - Hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with proven end-to-end core banking transformation experience to support a major core banking platform review and replacement programme within wholesale banking. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring a strong blend of business analysis, banking product knowledge, data and interface definition, and vendor selection experience. You will play a pivotal role from initial discovery and requirements definition through RFP development, vendor evaluation, implementation, migration, testing and business readiness. Working across business, operations, finance and technology teams in EMEA, the US and APAC, you will help define the future-state platform and ensure it meets the bank''s functional, data, integration and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery workshops across business, operations, finance and IT, documenting current-state processes, data flows and system interfaces. Define functional and non-functional requirements, maintaining end-to-end traceability and translating requirements into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria. Work with the Enterprise Data Architect to define the future-state business data model, data mappings and migration reconciliation rules.
