Facilities Helpdesk Administrator- Romford Essex- 30k- Permanent Opportunity. Office Based My client a leading Facilities and Maintenance Provider are currently recruiting for an experienced Helpdesk Administrator to join their team based in their Head Office based in Essex This is a full time office based position- Monday to Friday 8.30-17.00 Duties General Helpdesk Administration duties PPM planning, releasing and allocating jobsMonitor and progress PPM jobsContent checking of engineer worksheetsCross referencing of engineer worksheets for job numbers, signatures and datesRenaming of worksheets adhering to a standard format naming conventionEnsure PPM KPI''s are maintained at 100%Zero cost jobs Raising Purchase OrdersArrange, monitor and progress subcontractor PPMsChase engineers and subcontractors for completion paperwork and file as directedIssue the All Released PPM spreadsheet to client within four days of period endRaise remedial jobs when requiredUndertake reactive help desk training to become competent in order to cover when necessaryFollow protocol at all timesCover all contracts as required during staff absences
