We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and friendly team on a maternity cover contract for approximately 9 months. This is a fast-paced and varied role that offers full training and the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment. 14.35 per hour Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm On-site parking available Must be available to start within the next two weeks A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential Key responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email Monitoring and updating internal systems to ensure all requests and tasks are managed accurately and efficiently Coordinating and allocating requests to the appropriate teams and departments Prioritising urgent requests and ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner Liaising with internal colleagues and external contacts to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained Monitoring progress and providing updates to customers where required Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is kept up to date Skills and experience required: Previous experience in a customer service, scheduling, coordination, or administration role Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Professional and confident telephone manner Excellent communication and customer service skills Good ..... full job details .....
