Although the role is fully remote, applications from outside the UK cannot be considered.This is a varied customer-facing position combining customer service, account management, onboarding, renewals and sales support. You will manage a portfolio of contractor accounts, acting as their main point of contact and helping them register on the platform, maintain compliance and renew their subscriptions.The role would suit someone with previous customer service or contact centre experience who is confident communicating with customers in both English and Swedish.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing customer enquiries via telephone, email and live chat.Support new contractors with account registration, onboarding and platform activation.Guide customers through compliance requirements and ensure onboarding milestones are completed.Manage an assigned portfolio of contractor accounts, building relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction.Contact existing customers regarding subscription renewals and encourage continued use of the platform.Identify opportunities to support customer retention and new business onboarding.Investigate and resolve customer ..... full job details .....
