Our client, a Bedford based MSP, seeks a permanent Tech Support serving one of their international clients. Duties include: Management of incidents and requests on site at their respective locations. This includes support for the industrial environment (printers, scanners, etc.). Case management for standard users, VIPs, and senior management at their facilities and other locations, resolving them remotely. On-site support and practical assistance in the buildings where they reside, always with the support of the service associated with the request. Preparation of videoconferencing rooms with user profiles and, in the event of an incident, opening a case with the service provider. Support for senior management videoconference meetings. Reconfiguration of equipment. Being present during supplier visits to complete tasks and show them the facilities. Configuration of mobile and landline phones. Activation of SIM cards and coordination with the local supplier when necessary. Deletion or cleaning of data from updated equipment at your facilities, according to Company procedures. Maintenance and inventory control. Follow-up on escalated cases. Physical inventory of devices. Support for local suppliers.
