We''re looking for a confident HR Advisor to join a busy HR team supporting a leading education provider in Bristol. This is a true HR generalist role with a strong ER/casework focus (not recruitment or LandD heavy). You''ll support managers with day-to-day people issues, helping them handle cases fairly, consistently and in line with employment law and policy. Role ResponsibilitiesManage ER casework including sickness/absence, disciplinaries, grievances, performance and investigations.Coach managers on people management, wellbeing conversations and decision-making.Support and guide formal HR meetings to ensure processes are fair and compliant.Help improve HR policies, procedures and documentation.Provide some recruitment advice where needed, but ER is the priority. Essential Requirements Proven experience as a HR generalist, with strong ER/casework experience.Confident managing complex cases and liaising with Trade Union reps.Strong comm
