Artis HR is supporting a well-established manufacturing and distribution business based in Avonmouth with the hire of a HR Advisor. This is a site-based role, working closely with operational leaders in a fast-paced environment where people support really matters.The roleReporting into a People Partner, the HR Advisor will provide high-quality, pragmatic HR advice and coaching to leaders across the site. The role has a strong focus on employee relations, manager capability and consistent application of people policies, ensuring best practice and commercial outcomes.Key skills and experience requiredProven experience in an HR / People Advisory role, ideally within manufacturing, distribution or a similarly fast-paced environmentStrong employee relations experience, including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence managementConfident advising and coaching line managers on people matters and employment lawSolid knowledge of UK employment legislation and fair employment practiceExperience supporting organisational change, including consultations and restructuresAbility to build credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including unions and external advisorsFull, clean UK driving licenceSalary, location and benefitsSalary: 35,000 - 38,000Location: AvonmouthWorking pattern: 5 days per week on site (this is a fully office-based role)Candidates must live within a commutable distance, hold the right to work in the UK, and be able to driveBenefits include a disc
