Multi Trade Operative

Location: East London - E15
Contract Type: Temporary - on going. No end date advised. Possible permanent opportunities.
Daily Rate: -165.00 daily PAYE + annual leave accrual and optional pension.
Working Pattern: Full Time

About the Role:
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across various trades. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct repairs and maintenance across multiple disciplines, including plastering, vinyl flooring, bricklaying, and painting & decorating.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform inspections to identify issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Uphold health and safety standards while on site.

Ideal Candidate:
Our client is looking for individuals who possess:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of various trades and maintenance practises.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driving licence (essential).
