Delivering high-quality workmanship across a variety of domestic repairs. Working independently and as part of a wider maintenance team. Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to customer satisfaction standards. Maintaining accurate records of work completed. About You Qualified and experienced within your relevant trade. Previous experience within social housing, housing maintenance or property services is highly desirable. Multi-trade experience would be advantageous. Apprentices with relevant social housing experience are encouraged to apply. Strong customer service and communication skills.
