Multi-Trade Operatives & Engineers - Temp to Perm

We are working with a well-established property and housing maintenance organisation delivering essential repairs and maintenance services across East London. Due to increased demand, we are looking to appoint a number of skilled tradespeople and engineers to join the team.

• Carpentry Multi-Trade Operatives (3 vacancies available)
• Plumbing Multi-Trade Operatives (3 vacancies available)
• Bricklayers (2 vacancies available)
• Electricians (2 vacancies available)
• Gas Engineers (2 vacancies available)

• Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works within residential properties.
• Delivering high-quality workmanship across a variety of domestic repairs.
• Working independently and as part of a wider maintenance team.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of work completed.

• Qualified and experienced within your relevant trade.
• Previous experience within social housing, housing maintenance or property services is highly desirable.
• Multi-trade experience would be advantageous.
• Apprentices with relevant social housing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

• PPE and tools supplied.
• 36-hour working week.
• Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:12pm.
• Work located across the Barking & Dagenham area.
• Teams-based interview process.
