What we are looking for:We are seeking a skilled Carpenter (Multi-Trade) to join our Social Housing Repairs and Maintenance team, delivering high-quality installation, maintenance and repair work across tenanted properties. This role is about more than just carpentry. It''s about helping residents feel safe, secure and comfortable in their homes. You''ll focus on achieving a first-time fix wherever possible, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants and building trust through excellent service. Operating within Managed Services, you''ll undertake carpentry, including UPVC work, general repairs, maintenance and refurbishment across tenanted, communal and void properties.
