I''m working with a contractor who is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager on a three-floor office fitout project in Westminster.

The project involves CAT A and CAT A+ fitout works, so they''re looking for someone with a strong trade background who can get hands-on with the day-to-day site operations.

The Role:

• Supporting the Site Manager with the daily running of the project.

• Coordinating subcontractors and trades across all three floors.

• Monitoring progress, quality and workmanship.

• Assisting with health and safety inspections and site compliance.

• Helping manage the programme and ensuring works are delivered to schedule.

• Assisting with snagging, quality checks and handover.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or in a similar site-based role.

• Essential trade background.

• SMSTS.

• CSCS card.

• First Aid.

• Asbestos Awareness.
