We are working with a growing construction consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage a varied portfolio of construction projects across the North West. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and commercially aware Site Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, typically ranging in value from 250k to 1m, across the commercial, education, industrial and healthcare sectors. The role will involve managing projects on site from commencement through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will be highly client-facing, working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and wider project teams. Alongside overseeing site operations, you will be expected to build strong working relationships, identify opportunities to develop existing client accounts and contribute to the continued growth of the consultancy.
