Delivering works to approximately 900 homes annually, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment, regeneration and new-build projects across the residential and hospitality sectors. Due to continued growth and a secured project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fa ades and external wall systems to lead a major remediation project. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable Site Manager to take ownership of a large-scale external wall systems package. Working on behalf of a specialist contractor under a Principal Contractor arrangement, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of works from start to completion. You will be expected to operate independently, manage site operations proactively and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, principal contractors and subcontractors.
