What You ll Do You ll sit at the heart of our People Services function, providing day-to-day administrative support across the colleague lifecycle. In practical terms, you will: Act as the first point of contact for People-related queries, responding with a customer-focused, can-do approach. Provide timely, accurate administrative support to help colleagues and managers move from one stage of the lifecycle to the next without delays. Maintain data accuracy across People records, ensuring details are correct, consistent and up to date. Support and complete colleague lifecycle transactions accurately, including processing requests end-to-end. Keep records and documentation organised, ensuring information is easy to find and auditable. Use your Excel skills to work with data efficiently, maintain tidy spreadsheets and support accurate reporting where needed.
