We are looking for an experienced Part-Time HR Administrator to support the HR Director and play a key role in the day-to-day management of HR activities.


Key responsibilities will include:
✔ Managing grievances and disciplinary processes
✔ Supporting payroll administration
✔ Promoting staff welfare and wellbeing
✔ Ensuring compliance with current employment legislation
✔ Providing general HR administrative support


What we're looking for:
✅ Previous HR administration experience
✅ Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
✅ Experience handling employee relations matters
✅ Strong organisational and communication skills
✅ A professional and confidential approach


Hours:

• 20 hours per week across 5 days
• Monday to Friday
• Suggested hours: 9:30am – 1:00pm
• Flexible hours can be negotiated for the right candidate
