Account Manager Construction / Maintenance Reigate, Surrey Full-Time, On-Site, Permanent £35,000 - £45,000 + OTEThe OpportunityAre you an experienced Account Manager with strong client relationship skills and an understanding of building maintenance, construction or refurbishment?This is an excellent opportunity to join an established property maintenance and refurbishment business, managing key residential and commercial accounts.You ll act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating projects from initial enquiry through to completion while identifying opportunities to develop long-term relationships and grow existing accounts.This company covers a wide area including the London area and there will be an expectation to travel to sites to meet with clients regularly.Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial client accounts.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Coordinate maintenance, refurbishment and renovation projects.Prepare quotations, proposals and client communications.Monitor project budgets, timescales and delivery progress.Liaise with project managers, site supervisors and tradespeople.Conduct client visits and site inspections where required.Resolve issues, manage expectations and identify account growth opportunities.
