Account Manager

Contract Type: Ideally Temp to Perm but would consider Perm options

Location: Surbiton, close to the town centre, hybrid working for 1-2 days in the office after probation, on-site parking (can be limited)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm or Perm Option

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm, core hours 10am to 4pm, flexible working options
Salary: -40,000 - -50,000 plus quarterly commission plus gym membership, private healthcare, monthly massage, weekly exercise classes, lots of free drinks and snacks, birthday off, charity days, work-life balance, staff socials and more!

As an Account Manager, you will be the key player in managing and nurturing commercial relationships with established businesses. This role is not just about maintaining relationships; it''s about strategically enhancing them to ensure mutual growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own all commercial renewals, from client conversations to contract negotiations.
• Understand client contracts, spending patterns, and needs.
• Protect and grow revenue by identifying new opportunities within your portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with clients at operational and senior levels.
• Analyse performance metrics and campaign results
• Manage annual contract conversations, confidently navigating pricing and performance discussions.
• Identify opportunities for clients to expand their spend.
• Introduce and sell innovative technology and AI products that genuinely add value.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Act on risks and opportunities affecting client retention and product adoption.
  

What Our Client is Looking For:

• Experience in account management, sales, or client services within a commercial environment.
• Strong numerical proficiency to confidently discuss budgets, contracts, and pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and take action.
• Background in recruitment, advertising or tech.
• Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.
