Equally, anyone with minimum 6 months experience or experience working as an apprentice is also welcome to applyMain Duties and Responsibilities: To support and advise all IT users to ensure effective operation of each IT system. Support the "IT Business System Analyst", in their role of supporting and maintaining IT systems. Expectation to work alone on small-sized projects in a timely and organised manner. Oversee, monitor, externally hosted system such as Microsoft O365, Network and security. Have basic knowledge of how IT systems work and fit together. Education to at least Foundation DegreeHNDA-Level with a minimum of 1-2 years'' experience in IT support. Have a Mid skill level in the use of current technologyEssential skills:At least 1-2 years experience working in a similar role.
