This role will be based onsite at a Multi-Academy Trust in Langley (SL3), where you''ll be a key part of the local IT team.IT Support Technician - What will you be doing day-to-day?You''ll be providing hands-on IT support to staff and pupils, making sure everything runs smoothly across the school''s systems. It''s a varied role - no two days are quite the same.You''ll be supporting:Servers and core infrastructureNetwork and Wi-FiEnd-user devicesCloud-based systemsYou''ll work closely with both the wider IT team and on-site staff, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted go-to person for technical support.IT Support Technician - Key ResponsibilitiesManaging incidents and service requests from start to finishTroubleshooting desktop and system issues, both remotely and in person, within agreed SLAsSupporting users with hardware and software queries (ticket, phone, or face-to-face)Keeping the ticketing system up to date with clear, accurate notesDeveloping your technical knowledge across the technologies the team supportsAssisting
