About The Nursery They are open all year round (excluding one week at Christmas and bank holidays), offering a nurturing, inclusive environment for children aged 0 5. Located within close proximity to the Central Line and offering parking, the setting is easily accessible for both commuters and local residents. The Role As Preschool Room Leader, you''ll be responsible for leading the preschool room, planning engaging activities, and ensuring high standards of care and education. You''ll work full-time across 4 or 5 days per week, with 9-hour shifts (including lunch) scheduled between 7am and 6pm. Key responsibilities include: Leading the preschool room and supporting team members Creating a stimulating, age-appropriate curriculum Supporting children''s school readiness and emotional wellbeing Building strong relationships with families and colleagues Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and EYFS standards What They
