About the Role As a Room Leader, you will: Lead, support, and motivate your room team to deliver high-quality childcare and education. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children. Ensure strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Monitor and track children s progress, providing feedback and support where needed. Work alongside the management team to maintain high standards across the setting. Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, you must have: A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (or equivalent). Previous experience working as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner. A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
