This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated childcare professional who is ready to step into a leadership role and make a real impact in the earliest stages of a child s development. The Role As Baby Room Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the baby room, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are consistently delivered. You will lead a small team of practitioners, creating a supportive and positive environment for both staff and children. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team within the baby room Plan and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS requirements are met at all times Support staff development through mentoring, feedback, and guidance Requirements Level 3 (or above) Early Years/Childcare qualification (essential) Strong knowledge of the EYFS and baby development stages Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a nursery setting Excellent communication and organisational skills A caring, professional, and motivated approach Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check if you don''t already have one on the update service What s on Offer Competitive salary up to £30,000 per annum Ongoing training
