A leading financial software vendor is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to take ownership of its internal support function and drive operational excellence across a fast-growing, regulated environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a high-accountability setting and understands the demands of modern financial-services technology.The RoleYou will lead and develop a small but capable internal IT team, ensuring the smooth delivery of support, infrastructure operations, and release management.
