To motivate teams, removes obstacles, manages risks and budgets, aligning delivery with strategic goals. Methodologies: Extensive experience in project and programme management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, MSP. Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing diverse teams. Technical Understanding: The ability to communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders and understand the technical context of projects. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify problems, unblock issues, and adapt approaches to changing circumstances. Communication: Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially at senior levels.
