Teaching and supporting learners across a range of abilities and educational backgrounds. Delivering relevant vocational qualifications and curriculum content. Developing learners'' understanding of health, wellbeing, safeguarding and care practices. Assessing, marking and providing constructive feedback on student work. Monitoring learner progress and supporting students to achieve their academic targets. Creating an inclusive, supportive and stimulating learning environment. Keeping up to date with developments, legislation and best practice within the health and social care sector.
