We''re looking for a proactive and hands-on Health and Safety Manager to take ownership of health and safety across a multi-site business.Based at the Banbury head office, you''ll play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment, ensuring legislative compliance and building a positive culture where safety is everyone''s responsibility. Full time and part time hours considered. You''ll be responsible for:Developing and maintaining health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments, ensuring they are effective, up to date and aligned with current UK legislationWorking closely with teams across the business, you''ll carry out regular site inspections and audits, identify areas for improvementEnsuring any necessary corrective actions are followed throughLeading accident and incident investigations, identify root causes and recommend preventative actionsDelivering health and safety awareness training to new and existing team membersAdvising managers and colleagues on health and safety legislation, policies and best practiceMonitoring compliance through site visits, audits and inspections across the UKMaintaining accurate records of incidents, training, risk assessments and other HandS documentationProducing reports, identify trends and recommending improvementsActing as the main point of contact for health and safety queries across the businessSupporting the development ..... full job details .....
