Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a central government organisation on a 6-month contract. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires exceptional time management, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build positive working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the leadership team''s day-to-day activities, providing high-quality administrative and coordination support.Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative roleExceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships - a genuine people personComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHybrid working with 2 days per week in the London office6-month contract with potential for extensionCertes Computing (and all of its subsidiary companies) is committed to promoting equality and diversity in its business operations.
