Pastoral Behaviour Mentor
Location: Feltham Setting: Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) Contract: Full-time, Temporary (until end of the academic year) Start: ASAP We are currently working with a PRU in Feltham and are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor / Learning Behaviour Mentor to join the team on a full-time temporary basis until the end of the academic year. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, helping them re-engage with learning and develop positive behaviours in a structured, supportive environment. The Role: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation Managing challenging behaviour in line with school policies Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils Working closely with teaching staff, SEN teams, and pastoral staff Requirements: Strong previous experience working with challenging behaviour (PRU, SEN, SEMH, alternative provision, or similar settings preferred) Calm, resilient, and consistent approach to behaviour management Ability to engage and motivate pupils who may be disengaged from education Enhanced DBS on the Update Service Availability to work full-time until the end of the academic year What s on Offer: Full-time role in a supportive PRU setting Opportunity to make a genuine impact on pupils outcomes Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience) If you are a dedicated Behaviour Mentor with strong behaviour experience and are
