The staff team is passionate, resilient, and committed to giving every young person a second chance - and they''re looking for someone like you to join them.The Role:Build positive relationships with students who have social, emotional, and behavioural needs.Support pupils in and out of class to help them engage with learning and manage their behaviour.Act as a role model - calm under pressure, consistent, and compassionate.Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and pastoral leads to support progress and wellbeing.Who We''re Looking For:You don''t need school experience - just the right attitude and transferable skills.
